Harassing other users, using abusive language, or disrupting the normal operation of the platform will be treated as a punishable offense. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds is a criminal offense and we will not tolerate such activity. Users are solely responsible for all activity carried out on their own accounts. Attempting to exploit technical errors for unfair advantage may result in permanent account closure. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to freeze the account until an investigation is completed.

We acknowledge limited liability for any financial losses arising from the use of the tab bd platform, and our liability will be determined within the scope of applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or failure of third-party services. If a dispute arises, please contact our support team first and we will endeavor to resolve it within 72 hours. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with applicable laws and the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
